Soo Many Places To Say “I Do” at The Irish Hills
By Joel Gresham – aka Wedding Guy
When couples tour the Irish Hills Wedding Barn, they’re often amazed to find that it’s not just one stunning ceremony site — it’s six (6) unique backdrops for “I do.” Each space tells its own story, from the soft whisper of the hidden Irish Hill to the glow of the 1848 barn lights.
Whether you’re dreaming of something rustic, romantic, sunlit, or secluded, here’s a look at the beautiful corners of Irish Hills where forever begins.

1. The Silos — Rustic Charm Meets Modern Elegance
Set near the barn, The Silos site offers a classic country feel with seating for up to 150 guests. With those iconic twin silos as your backdrop and open-air fields stretching behind, it feels timeless — like a scene straight from a storybook Michigan wedding. Perfect for couples who love the rustic barn vibe but still want an elegant, wide-open setting for guests to breathe and celebrate.

2. Pond View — Golden Sunsets Over the Pond
Facing west over the water, The Pond View captures the golden-hour glow that photographers dream of. With seating for 130 guests, this site blends natural beauty and peaceful charm. The soft reflection of the trees and the pond makes every photo feel painterly — it’s no wonder this has become a fav for couples who love sunset photos and green as you can get ceremonies.

3. Barn View — Big, Bold, and Breathtaking
Our largest ceremony site, with space for up to 250 guests, Barn View offers the most dramatic view of all — facing the historic 1848 barn itself. Picture your guests watching you exchange vows with the barn’s grand timbers and balcony behind you — it’s rustic grandeur at its best. It’s the kind of scene that defines the phrase “Elegance with a Touch of Country.”

4. Inside the Historic 1848’ Barn — History Meets Heart
When Michigan weather decides to surprise you (as it sometimes does), we bring the ceremony inside — and trust us, it’s every bit as stunning. The grand staircase of our 1848 barn makes a breathtaking aisle, with the chandelier glowing above and the balcony offering the perfect “money shot” for photographers. It’s intimate, romantic, and completely unforgettable.

5. Hidden Irish Hill — Secluded, Shaded, and Serene
Nestled in the woods, the Hidden Irish Hill site is exactly what its name suggests — a private, peaceful hideaway. Shaded by tall trees and kissed by soft breezes, it’s ideal for couples who want an intimate ceremony of around 130 guests. The walk down the wooded path feels like a fairytale entrance, and the quiet hush of nature makes every vow feel sacred.

6. The Irish Chapel — Romance Beside the Water
And finally, our signature gem — The Irish Chapel. Set just steps from the water, this open-air chapel blends natural beauty with timeless tradition. With seating for up to 240 guests, it’s the kind of setting that makes jaws drop as the bride walks down the aisle. Gentle waves, songbirds, and the reflection of love in the lake — it doesn’t get more Irish Hills than this.

Every “I Do” Has a View
No matter which spot speaks to your heart, each ceremony location at Irish Hills Wedding Barn offers a story, a view, and a feeling you’ll never forget. From rustic silos to hidden hills, every path leads to forever.
